Disclaimer: My story does not intend to replace professional advice or treatment. This is my personal experience, and my intent is just to share my journey with you. You must seek professional advice according to your own illness and your doctor must tell you what treatment, products and diet to follow. I don’t make any commission or money by talking about the store I mentioned in this blog post.
In my journey through cancer recovery, I learned that everything we eat, put on, smell and touch has an effect in our health.
I started to be very careful about what products to use to clean my house. I learned that toxins get in your body in different ways.
I followed a very famous cancer survivor through the internet and as I read about the changes he made to have a more “clean” life, I started to get rid of some products that were my favorite. I loved to clean and disinfect with strong chlorine products, ammonia, a lot of chemically loaded wipes and sprays.
Then, I changed and started buying paraben free, sulfate free, less chemically loaded products. I researched for the best products without all the bad stuff and more natural kinds of products. There are many places in the internet but I buy of my products in my local Sprouts store.
I got all the cleaning products, laundry soaps and all my personal and beauty products, but I will talk about this specific area in another post.
I can tell that my body feels different, my house looks clean and my body has fewer toxins to get rid of. Now…Happy body!
